Office Assistant / Graphics / Social Media – Part-Time
We are looking for that rare individual who can manage multiple duties flawlessly and who knows their way around graphic design software. Our busy and growing ad agency requires an organized, results-oriented person with highly developed grammar, proofreading, and PC and MAC abilities.
What you have:
- You have tremendous attention-to-detail and data entry skills, well-developed prioritization and organization abilities, are comfortable in a deadline-driven environment, and have a “can-do” attitude at all times.
- In this position, you will provide assistance, vacation and sick day coverage for our Graphic Designer, assist the sales team with research and data entry, assist account managers with ad proofing, as well as coordinate online recruitment ad placement for some of the top companies in Canada.
