I had occasion to reach out to your organization once again to place an ad for a position we needed filled, only this time because of a heavy schedule I was unable to get the ad to Ad Vendors International before 10:00 AM on Friday. Not expecting a turn around and even a remote possibility of having it placed in this weekend’s newspaper, I had expected a following weekend placement. I was stunningly surprised and completely impressed with a proof read/preparation, quote, revision, and placement all by 3:00 PM on Friday which meant we were able to start screening applicants one week earlier. The service they provide has been very prompt and professional. We provide them with our ad copy which they format into an attractive advertisement and send back to us for approval, usually within a couple of hours. They deal directly with the newspapers for placement of the advertisements and provide us with a quote for the cost. So far, the quotes have all compared favourably to what we were paying directly to the newspapers. The greatest saving to our organization has been the time we used to spend dealing with the newspapers individually. Throughout the relationship between Western’s Human Resources Department and Ad Vendors, we have been provided with effective and efficient external advertisement placing services. Our account manager ensures the quick provision of ad proofs and cost quotes to meet our external advertising needs.
